Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Kung Fit Kids, management, employees, representatives, successors and assigns.

2. Physical Fitness & Medical Conditions

Participants or guardians of minors confirm they are physically fit and without undisclosed medical conditions. Any conditions must be approved by a doctor or Kung Fit Kids management in writing beforehand.

3. Health Disclosure Requirement

Any past or present bodily ailments or concerns must be advised and reiterated both at the time of booking a class and to the Instructor of the particular class before each class starts.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge exercise-related injury risks and agree to participate knowingly. They must follow safety instructions, stay within personal ability limits, and immediately stop and notify management if becoming unwell.

5. Equipment Restrictions

Classes require exclusive use of Kung Fit Kids-supplied equipment. While the organisation maintains equipment reasonably, participants must report safety concerns immediately and cease using unsafe equipment.

6. Class Schedule Amendment Rights

Kung Fit Kids reserves the right to modify schedules, offering refunds or alternate sessions. Participation may be denied based on foreseeable health concerns or conflicts of interest.

7. Class Cancellation Authority

Kung Fit Kids reserves the right to cancel a class at any point once it has begun should the Instructor consider a Participant injured, unwell, not behaving in an acceptable manner or not following reasonable instruction.

8. Advance Payment Requirement

Classes must be prepaid via standing order. Unregistered participants cannot participate and may be asked to leave or pay online before proceeding.

9. No Refund Policy

The Participant accepts there are no refunds once a confirmed space has been paid for any reason including force majeure.

10. Liability Limitations

Liability for non-death/injury losses is limited to reasonable amounts. Death and personal injury compensation require the organisation's negligence and exclude: participant fault, unrelated third parties, or unforeseeable events despite reasonable care.

11. Intellectual Property

The Participant acknowledges Kung Fit Kids and all intellectual property is Copyright Kung Fit Kids.

By participating in Kung Fit Kids classes, you confirm that you have carefully read these terms and conditions and agree to participation with full understanding of their significance.
