Our Commitment

At Kung Fit Kids, the safety and wellbeing of every child attending our classes is our priority. We are dedicated to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and secure environment where children can learn martial arts and self-defense fundamentals.

Staff Qualifications

All instructors have undergone DBS checks and receive training in safeguarding best practices to ensure compliance with child protection standards.

• Ensuring trained professionals supervise children attentively at all times

Organisational Structure

The British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA) serves as our registered association and Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Reporting Concerns

Initial Contact

Parents should report safeguarding concerns to instructor Janna Howard at Kungfitkids@gmail.com

Escalation

If concerns persist, lack prompt response, or involve the primary contact, escalate to BMABA’s safeguarding team at safeguarding@bmaba.org.uk

We encourage parents to address concerns directly with safeguarding staff.
